SHIPPING POLICY
As a custom woodshop based in a garage in NC, we do our best to build projects and ship them as quickly as possible. We package flags/plaques/other projects ourselves and ship them out via UPS. Shipping estimates are available when working with us to plan a project!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dirtnaps Lumber Co. has built its business foundations on its highly customizable wood projects and its customer experience. We work with each individual client one on one to ensure that the end result is a project that you can be proud to give to a friend or to display yourself.
We aim to continue that level of service as we grow. If there is a problem such as damage to an order, we will gladly reproduce the item at no charge. Your happiness with our work is the most important to us. If you have a question regarding returns or exchanges, please send us an email and we can make it right as quickly as possible.
